Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals of Nigerian descent and allies who support NAPAC’s mission.
Application: By submitting your membership form and dues (where applicable), you agree to abide by NAPAC’s bylaws, code of conduct, and these Terms.
Benefits: Membership benefits may include eligibility to run for office through NAPAC’s endorsement, access to immigration consultations, professional networking, training programs, and event participation.
Termination: NAPAC reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if a member engages in conduct that is unlawful, unethical, or detrimental to the organization.
3. Donations and Contributions
Non-Refundable: All donations, membership dues, or contributions made through napacusa.org are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated by law.
Political Activity: As a political action committee, contributions may be used for advocacy, campaigns, or candidate support in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state election laws.
Disclosure: NAPAC complies with all Federal Election Commission (FEC) reporting requirements. Donors may be required to provide additional information as mandated by law.
4. Events and Programs
Registration: Participation in events, webinars, or conferences may require registration and acceptance of additional terms.
Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. NAPAC reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt events.
Media Release: By attending events, you consent to photography, video recording, and use of your likeness in NAPAC promotional materials.
5. Website Use
Content Ownership: All content, logos, and materials on napacusa.org are the property of NAPAC USA unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate information, NAPAC does not guarantee that all website content will be free of errors.
